Policies
Rackity Hall Plantation Nursery warrants only that trees are true to variety stated on invoice. Our responsibility ceases with our delivery to the carrier. It is agreed between Rackity Hall Plantation Nursery and the purchaser that our liability does not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Our digging months are September through April.
Arrangements may be made for digging outside of this time.
Payment in full must be received prior to digging trees.
Payment is non refundable once the tree has been dug.
Rackity Hall Plantation Nursery has an incentive program for our loyal customers. There will be a credit in the following calendar year based upon the purchases of the current year.
